With thumb: put the radial edge of your thumb pad onto the treatment area. tuck your fingers into your palm or rest them on the body.
With heel of palm: put the heel of your palm on the treatment area and push forward.
With your knuckles: hold a thigh fist, glide your knuckles along treatment area
With elbow: spread your legs comfortably, sink your elbow to treatment area, apply your body weight into the treatment area, switch weight from one leg to another, at the meantime glide your elbow along the treatment area in a line.
